D.A.NOOR is built by people who have spent years on Phuket sites. We decided to build under our own name, on land we choose ourselves.
That means one thing in practice: quality control is not delegated. The same site engineers who supervised our first completed villa in Rawai are supervising every project on this page. We work in a small number of locations we know well, with contractors we have worked with before, and we keep the number of active sites small enough that nothing gets built out of our sight.

What the finish actually looks like
Full-height glazing, natural stone, solid timber joinery, concealed drainage, and mechanical ventilation specified from the outset rather than added later. Every villa is handed over with a defects walkthrough and a twelve-month structural warranty.
We work with a small number of partners on a project-equity basis. Enquiries are handled privately.

Houses worth living in, on land worth holding
D.A.NOOR Company Limited is a Phuket-registered development company. The name is new; the people are not. Our site management, quality control and finishing teams have worked together on villa projects across the island for years, and the company was formed to build under our own standard rather than someone else's schedule.
We build in two areas we know in detail — Rawai in the south and Bang Rong in Thalang. Both are chosen for the same reasons: clean title, sensible access, and a rental market that holds up outside high season.

Project-level equity, on a small number of projects
We finance construction partly through equity partners who come in at project level rather than at company level. Each project is a separate structure with its own land title, budget, drawdown schedule and exit. Below is what we can evidence before any conversation about numbers.
